How to use a template

- Go to File → Make a copy. The copy is yours to edit in your own Canva account (free is fine).
- Change only what you need: your logo, dates, contact details, QR code. Locked elements keep the design on-brand.
- Download as PDF for print, or PNG for social — and email us a copy!
